Boys & Girls Clubs Bowl with the Rapids

The Colorado Rapids players, coaches and mascots will exchange their cleats for bowling shoes on Tuesday, November 3 from 5:30-7:00pm, as they bowl with 112 children from various branches of the Metro Denver Boys & Girls Clubs for charity.

This private event will take place at Splitz Bowling Center in Westminster. It will be an evening filled with Lightning Strikes Bowling, free food, autographs, photos and fun!

This charitable event will be free to attend for select disadvantaged kids from the Metro Denver Boys & Girls Clubs program thanks to the Rapids Community Relations Department and Splitz.

The Colorado Rapids are dedicated to supporting the lives of underserved children through many soccer, nutritional and educational programs offered throughout the season. On November 3, the Rapids will step off the pitch and bowl a perfect strike with children in need through laughter, good times.....and gutter balls at Splitz!

Since 1961, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver has been helping kids from tough neighborhoods stay out of trouble, stay in school, and succeed in life. Not just after school hangouts, the Clubs are places where young people come to learn, do homework, develop social skills, express themselves creatively, and participate in sports.
